When Janelle Manahan found out that the said sex video with her boyfriend Ram Revilla, she was really shocked and cried on Thursday (December 29, 2011).
The real video doesn’t contain any sexual act or kissing scenes unlike Mo Twister and Rhian Ramos Video Scandal. But it seems like people interpreted the video as containing sexual acts when actually there is really none.
Senator Bong Revilla tried to help the National Bureau of Investigation to help identify and prosecute the one who is behind uploading the video. It has been stated under the Anti-Voyeurism Law of 2009 or RA 9995, it is illegal to upload nor publish unauthorized and unconsented videos.
Every person who downloads, copies, and sends the video is guilty of violating the law besides the original uploader.
